This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Roller Direct LLC ("Roller Direct," "we," "us," or "our") through rollerdirect.com (the "Site"), including quote requests, orders, and communications with our sales team. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, which have their own privacy practices.

We collect information you provide directly to us, and limited information collected automatically.
Information you provide
Contact & company detailsName, company name, email address, phone number, and job role, submitted when you request a quote, contact us, or book a call.
Sourcing detailsDrawings, photos, part numbers, specifications, and application details you submit so we can identify and quote the right part.
Order & shipping informationBilling address, shipping address, and purchase order details, collected when you place an order.
Payment informationCollected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number or bank account details on our own systems.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through our hosting provider, for security and site-performance purposes.
03How We Use Information
- To identify, source, and prepare quotes for the parts you request
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders
- To communicate with you about a quote, order, or account
- To send purchase orders to the manufacturer fulfilling your order
- To issue invoices and collect payment
- To improve the Site and our sourcing process
We do not use the information you submit for advertising or sell it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
04How Information Is Shared
We disclose information only as needed to fulfill your request or order, or as required by law:
- Manufacturers — the manufacturer fulfilling your order receives the specifications and shipping details needed to produce and ship your parts directly to you.
- Stripe — our payment processor handles payment information directly; see Stripe's Privacy Policy for how they handle that data.
- Service providers — companies that help us operate the business (email, scheduling, and order-management tools), under obligations to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal & safety — where required to comply with the law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Roller Direct or others.
We do not sell personal information, as that term is defined under California law.
05Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you submit, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to business systems. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and is never stored on our own servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
06Your Choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. Because most information we collect is business contact and order information needed to fulfill an active or past order, some requests may be limited where retention is required for legal, accounting, or warranty purposes.
07Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted here reflects our current practices; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
